Product Description

Filters need to be changed to operate at their optimal performance. To make sure you’re getting the most out of your filter, we recommend replacing the filter in your water pitcher every 100 gallons. On average, our customers will replace their filter 3 times a year, or once every 4 months.
Recommended time to replace your filter:
For Individual users, every 5-6 months.
For Couples, every 3-4 months.
And for Families, every 2-3 months.
We don’t ship our products with little lights on the top that go off at some pre-set interval, because we know that not all of our customers are exactly the same. In our office alone we have 4 different replacement schedules just because we know that people’s needs and water usage varies.
We’ve rated our filters for 100 gallons, and do recommend that you replace them at that point. If you wait for a filter to slow down as your indicator of how a filter is doing, it’s already too late.
